It is such a treat to sort your iTunes library by date added. You can almost see the stratification of your musical taste. It is a bit like archaeology, you find a lot of boring dusty shit, but occasionally you find one totally bad ass dinosaur… Sometimes you find two!
I Love UFO - Like In The Movies (Vicarious Bliss Remix)
Seems like I found this track just in time for the X-Files movie. It was added to my itunes in the glory days of french electro (as in just before last summer). Unfortunately, it got played out and buried like everything else Ed Banger has ever touched.
Wow. Whatever happened to these guys? I had such high hopes for them back in the hazy days of 2004/2005. According to their myspace they ran afoul of the law in Sweden last June, but that still doesn’t account for their failure to save my misspent electro fetishizing youth.
